Raul Garcia has owned and operated Hope Counseling Services since 2007. With over 20 years of experience as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Certified Life Coach in Florida, he is also a college instructor, motivational speaker, and mentor. He focuses on empowering individuals to improve quality of life by "helping us help ourselves."
Raul Garcia served 21 years in the United States Navy. Hope Counseling Services is a certified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business.
